Hi Brides-to-be! Whether you're planning a winter wedding in the next couple weeks or a winter wedding next year, here are some items you can add to make your day so wintery fresh!

1. Bring the outside in:

You could add natural highlights such as pinecones or pine tree twigs. The pinecones could be used as escort cards and the pine tree twigs could be used as your centerpiece or even additions to bouquets.

2. Snow it up:

You might want to take it a step further and play off of the snow and snowflakes. This can be done with paper snowflakes as escort cards, twinkle lights to mimic snow, or even the affordable option of cotton balls!

3. Dark vs Light side:

Whether you're on the dark side or the light side, you can winterize your wedding by keeping your color palette to one of these. If you want that sultry wedding, you might opt for deep rich hues, like beautiful jewel tones. If you're on the light side, you could have light airy colors like silvers and light blues.

4. Light it up:

With everyone wanting to cozy up on a winter day, you may decide to opt in for some romantic warm candles. It provides a magical feel like you're warming up in front of the fireplace. Candles can be used as your aisle runner or even as the alter. Altering heights of candles can also be used as centerpiece. However, remember to ask your venue if candles are allowed.

5. Keep 'em toasty:

If your wedding is a true white winter wedding, you might opt for some cozy blankets to keep your guests warm and toasty!

6. Holiday comeback:

The holidays might be your season of choice! If so, you might want to bring in all those beautiful ornaments to adorn your wedding.

I hope this brainstoming sesh helps you create your gorgeous best day ever! Spring's just around the corner and I'll have another brainstorming sesh for those Spring weddings.

Best,
